Modernist self-build - Demolition

Stripped back to the bare mininium.

After a year of planning, the build could finally start but not before the majority of the old structure had been removed as quickly as possible.

Once the scaffolding had been erected the demolition commenced with removing interior fixtures and glazing, followed by the roof, internal walls on the upper floor, external front wall on the upper floor, upper floor and joists, internal walls on the lower floor, external front wall on the lower floor, and lower flooring boards.
